'Ganpati Bappa saved me': Near miss on fatal flight

A tragic Air India flight crash from Ahmedabad to London has left over 200 people feared dead after the plane hit a doctors' hostel shortly after takeoff. Bhoomi Chauhan, who missed the flight by just 10 minutes because of traffic, shared, "I am thankful to God. My Ganpati Bappa saved me," feeling incredibly lucky to have avoided the disaster.

Sole survivor pulled from wreckage

The sole survivor, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, was pulled from the wreckage with serious injuries and is now being treated in hospital. The crash has sparked nationwide concern and renewed questions about aviation safety in India as rescue teams continue their work.
