Police arrest 13 in hooch probe
Three victims are still in the hospital, but thankfully, 24 others who were checked are OK.
The police have already arrested 13 of 21 accused, charging them with serious crimes such as culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
Investigators found the fake liquor was mixed in a Vartej house using raw materials from Ahmedabad, then disguised as legitimate brands.
The State Monitoring Cell is now digging deeper to track down everyone involved and stop this dangerous supply chain.
