India's energy export ambitions unveiled

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari says India might become a net energy exporter in the next 6-7 years.
The government is betting big on cleaner options like ethanol, biodiesel, EVs, and especially hydrogen—what Gadkari calls "the fuel of the future."
The goal? Cut pollution and flip India's status from energy importer to exporter.

TL;DR

India's logistics costs have reduced by 6 percent of GDP

Gadkari also pointed out that India's logistics costs have reduced by six percent of GDP, thanks to better roads and new fuels.
He hopes this can go even lower to help Indian exports compete globally.
He's urging for more biofuel use too, calling them both eco-friendly and good for the economy as India upgrades its infrastructure.
