J&K: Two JeM militants killed in Udhampur encounter
India
Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir took down two Jaish-e-Mohammad militants during a big encounter in Udhampur.
Acting on solid intel, a joint team from the Army, J&K Police, and CRPF launched "Operation Kiya" on February 3 to flush out the militants hiding in the Jophar Forest area.
Area still under security watch
The team engaged a cave hideout and a video later showed militants attempting to flee during the firefight.
By the end, both terrorists were neutralized. The area is still under security watch.
