India
Kashmir's nights have gotten a little less icy, but it's still well below freezing.
Srinagar warmed up to -1.9°C from -3.7°C the night before, and places like Qazigund (-1.6°C) and Pahalgam (-3.6°C) also saw small increases.
What else is happening?
Some spots stayed extra cold—Kupwara hit -4.2°C and Baramulla was the chilliest at -4.5°C.
The weather folks say things will stay mostly dry until December 12, with a chance of light snow in higher areas after that.
Gulmarg actually cooled down to -1.5°C, and foggy mornings are likely across much of the Valley this week.
