    PCM students can pursue these popular courses at Delhi University

    What's the story

    One of the most sought-after educational establishments in the nation, the University of Delhi enrolls thousands of students each year, with many of them being science majors.

    There are several career options available to science students who completed their PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) course in Class 12.

    Additionally, Delhi University provides a variety of science-related courses. Here's a list.

    Engineering courses offered by Delhi University

    Though PCM students have several options after Class-12, engineering remains the most popular choice for non-medical science stream candidates.

    Delhi University offers the Bachelor of Technology course for those interested in engineering.

    The university's Cluster Innovation Centre offers BTech in Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations (ITMI) while Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies offers BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).

    Delhi University has BSc (Gen/Hons) courses in various subjects

    DU also offers a three-year Bachelor of Science (both General and Honors) in various subjects.

    PCM students can go for courses like BSc (Gen/Hons) Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science/Applied Physical Sciences, Applied Science, Anthropology, Home Science, Industrial Chemistry, Physical Education, and Health Education and Sports Sciences.

    Other tech-related courses include BSc (Gen/Hons) Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Polymer Science, and Food Technology.

    Delhi University also offers a three-year BA. Program (Application and Discipline Courses) in Computer Science, which is another interesting course PCM students can select. Candidates with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class-12 (or equivalent from recognized boards) are eligible; admission is based on cut-offs.

    PCM students can also go for DU's popular BCom courses

    BCom courses are among Delhi University's most popular courses.

    While PCM students with a minimum of 40% marks are eligible for BCom (General), those who have secured at least 45% marks and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics are eligible for BCom (Honors).

    DU also offers BA (Hons.) Business Economics for which PCM students with 60% marks in four papers, including Math and English, are eligible.

    DU also has business and management courses like BMS, BBA-FIA

    Delhi University also offers business and management-related courses like Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) and Bachelor of Business Administration-Financial Investment Analysis (BBA-FIA).

    PCM students with a minimum of 60% score in four subjects including, English and Mathematics, in Class-12 are eligible for these courses. Admission is done through the Joint Admission Test (JAT) followed by Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
