Moradabad tragedy: 6 lives lost in bus-tempo crash

On Sunday afternoon in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, a UPSRTC bus crashed into a tempo carrying people home from a wedding, leaving six dead—including three women from the same family and the tempo driver.
The collision was so intense that some passengers were thrown nearly 15 feet from the vehicle.
Five others were hurt and rushed to the district hospital.
What happened next
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared his condolences and asked officials to make sure the injured get proper care.
Police say the bus hit the tempo from behind, and the bus driver fled the scene.
The bus has been seized for investigation while families mourn those lost: Seema, Aarti, Abhay, Suman, Ananya, and Sanju Singh (the driver).
