On Saturday evening, September 12, PM Modi hosted BRICS leaders, visiting dignitaries and delegates at a gala BRICS dinner in New Delhi.
The evening was all about celebrating India's cultural diversity: with a special vegetarian menu and performances that brought everyone together.
Regional vegetarian feast and BRICS symphony
Guests enjoyed a creative vegetarian spread featuring regional favorites like Khandvi Mille-Feuille, Khumb Galouti mushroom kebabs, Paneer Lababdar, and millet pulao.
For dessert: Old Delhi fruit cream with jalebi and gold-topped Shahtoot Phirni.
The night also featured the BRICS Symphony, a 25-minute show blending Indian dance forms like Bharatanatyam and Kathak with music from BRICS nations, highlighting unity through art.
