NIT student drowns in Assam's Boulsol waterfall; 2 others missing

A day out at Boulsol waterfall in Assam turned tragic for a group of NIT Silchar students.
After Sarbakritika (20) slipped into the water, two of her friends, Radikha (19) and Sauhard Rai (20), also went missing while reportedly attempting to rescue her.
Sadly, Sarbakritika's body has been found, while search teams are still looking for Radikha and Rai.

Rescure operations underway

The accident happened around 2pm prompting police and the National Disaster Response Force to start searching right away.
The group had traveled 55km from campus for their picnic.
All three missing students are confirmed to be from NIT Silchar, and rescue operations are still underway as everyone hopes for good news.
