For low-income students, paying for extra skill courses may find it difficult to pay for additional skill training while also meeting the costs of college and, in some cases, private tuition.
The report recommends affordable skill programs, local training options, and earn-while-you-learn setups to help young people get better job opportunities and move India closer to its development goals by 2047.
