Noida: Man kills girlfriend after marriage proposal rejected
In Noida, a 26-year-old man named Krishna allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend, Sonu (25), on Friday evening after she turned down his marriage proposal.
The incident happened at her paying guest room due to a dispute between the two.
Sonu had recently started working as a domestic help in the city.

Krishna and Sonu used to work together in a factory and had been in a relationship since then. Krishna had been pressuring her to marry him, but she kept refusing—a decision that police believe triggered the murder.
After the shooting, Krishna fled and is currently on the run.
