Ohio physician facing sex trafficking charges dies by suicide

Dr. Francis J Kearse III, a 43-year-old Ohio physician, died by suicide on March 27, just days before he was set to appear in court for sex trafficking charges.
Prosecutors had accused him of setting up sugar daddy relationships and giving two vape pens and $15 to a 16-year-old girl for sexual activity.

With Kearse's passing, Judge Christopher McDowell noted the case would now be dismissed.
