This was a team effort across borders—India got help from Iran, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Jordan, and Egypt for airspace and logistics.
Fourteen flights took off from cities like Mashhad (Iran), Yerevan (Armenia), and Ashgabat (Turkmenistan).
Because Israeli airspace was shut down, 818 Indians had to be flown out through Jordan and Egypt.
