Parks in J&K tourist destinations reopen post attacks
After a recent terror attack forced nearly 50 parks and tourist destinations in Jammu & Kashmir to close, 16 popular spots have just reopened.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha gave the green light after security teams made sure it was safe, aiming to bring back some normalcy for locals and travelers.
These destinations are back on the map
Eight destinations each from Kashmir Valley and Jammu region are back on the map—including Betaab Valley, Verinag, Kokernag, Srinagar parks, Sarthal, Dhaggar, Devipindi, and Panchari.
Security checks were thorough so visitors can feel safe while exploring.
