Patna-Delhi overnight Vande Bharat Express is almost here
Indian Railways is about to roll out its first-ever sleeper Vande Bharat Express, connecting Patna and New Delhi overnight.
This new 16-coach train will zip through nearly 1,000km in just eight hours, aiming to make long-distance travel a lot more comfortable and hassle-free for everyone.
What's cool about this new train?
Expect comfy padded berths for sleeping, auto-sensing doors, and touch-free bio-toilets—perfect for overnight journeys.
Safety gets a boost too, with anti-collision tech, crash-resistant coaches, and CCTV coverage.
The train will run six days a week to help ease the rush on one of the busiest routes in the country.
Fares are expected to be similar to Rajdhani Express, with the launch set before New Year—so if you're planning a trip soon, keep an eye out!
