Police probe possible family dispute after Sambhajinagar cliff deaths
A heartbreaking incident in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, has police investigating a possible family dispute after 18-year-old Kunal Chandgude and his parents died in a cliff fall.
Kunal threatened suicide and fell; his father Murlidhar tried to save him but slipped, while his mother Sangeeta jumped after them.
Videos captured the parents pleading with Kunal just before the tragedy.
Mother Sangeeta's post alleges poisoning
Sangeeta had posted online about property issues and accused someone of "You poisoned my family..." hinting at unresolved conflicts.
Police are looking into whether these tensions, especially since the loss of their elder son six years ago, played a role.
Kunal had previously attempted suicide at the same spot and argued with his father that morning over unpaid iPhone EMIs, adding to concerns about financial stress within the family.
