Big news for students in Rajasthan: over the next three years, the state is investing ₹12,500 crore to upgrade government schools.
A recent survey found that 45,365 government school buildings need major repairs, and some schools don't even have proper buildings yet.
Rajasthan plan adds classrooms toilets tablets
The plan covers building 3,587 new school structures and 83,783 new classrooms.
Renovations are coming to 22,589 schools.
Plus, there'll be 13,616 new toilet blocks and a push for digital upgrades like smart classrooms and tablets, all aimed at making schools safer and more tech-friendly.
