Red Fort blast: 15 killed, dozens hurt in Delhi attack
A suicide bombing near Delhi's Red Fort on November 10 left at least 10 people dead and over 30 injured.
The attacker, Dr. Umar Un Nabi—a Kashmiri assistant professor at Al Falah University in Faridabad—also died in the explosion.
Investigators say a white Hyundai i20 packed with ammonium nitrate fuel oil was parked near the Red Fort metro station for hours before it detonated at 6:52pm.
The NIA has arrested several suspects tied to a Jaish-e-Mohammed doctors' module, calling this one of Delhi's biggest terror attacks in years.
Survivors still waiting for help
Survivors like Shania Parveen, who lost her hearing in the blast, are struggling with medical bills and uncertainty about their future.
While the Delhi government has promised compensation—₹10 lakh for families of those killed, ₹5 lakh for permanently disabled victims, and ₹2 lakh for the seriously injured—many are still waiting to receive any support.
Ongoing investigations and pending insurance claims have made recovery even harder for those affected.
