Supreme Court denies extension for Congress MLA's surrender

The Supreme Court has turned down Karnataka Congress MLA Vinay R Kulkarni's request for more time to turn himself in, after canceling his bail. Kulkarni is facing charges in the 2016 murder of BJP leader Yogesh Gowda. The judges said he must stick to the original deadline and pointed out that his actions may have affected the fairness of the trial.
