Telangana: Constable escorting chain-snatching suspect stabbed to death

A 42-year-old constable, E Pramod, lost his life in Nizamabad on Friday night after being stabbed by a chain-snatching suspect he was escorting to the police station.
The attack happened while they were on a two-wheeler, and sadly, Pramod didn't survive.

Police have launched a manhunt

The stabbing took place between 8:30 and 9:00pm with the suspect fleeing the scene right after.
Police have launched a manhunt, with special teams on the case as ordered by the state's top police officials.
Senior officers are in Nizamabad to support the investigation and Pramod's family.
