Telangana: Engineering student allegedly killed by girlfriend's family

A tragic incident unfolded in Telangana's Sangareddy district, where Jyothi Sravan Sai, a second-year engineering student, was allegedly killed by his girlfriend Sreeja's family.
He had gone to meet them after being invited to discuss marriage plans—despite earlier warnings about their relationship—but was reportedly attacked with a cricket bat by her family, including her mother.

Police investigation underway

Sai suffered severe injuries and sadly passed away at a private hospital soon after.
