Thar passenger urinating in moving car leads to arrest

A video of a Mahindra Thar driving recklessly in Gurugram's Sadar Bazaar on late Wednesday night went viral after it showed a passenger urinating from the open door while the car was moving.
The footage sparked outrage online, leading police to arrest Mohit (23) and Anuj (25), both from Jhajjar, Haryana.

Mohit has criminal background, including murder case

Police charged Mohit and Anuj under Sections 281 and 296 of the BNS.
Investigators found that Mohit owns the Thar and has a criminal background, including a murder case in Jhajjar and Arms Act charges in Rohtak; he was released on bail in December 2022.
Police are also looking into whether alcohol played a role.
The viral video remains key evidence as questioning continues.
