UP man kills cousin over dead dog

A family argument in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, turned tragic when 45-year-old Pramod Saxena was allegedly shot dead by his cousin Vivek Saxena.
The dispute started after Pramod asked Vivek to remove a stray dog's carcass.

Accused drunk at time of incident

Police say Vivek, reportedly drunk at the time, showed up at Pramod's house and shot him with a country-made pistol before fleeing.
Authorities have launched a manhunt to track him down.
