Apple extends Journal app to iPad and Mac
Apple's Journal app—previously just for iPhone—is finally making its way to Mac and iPad.
Now, you'll be able to jot down thoughts, add photos or videos, and even record audio entries across all your Apple devices, making it easier to keep your memories in one place.
TL;DR
More than just an iPhone app
The Mac version lets you type longer entries with a real keyboard and organize everything on a bigger screen, plus it adds location tagging for better sorting.
On iPad, you get full support for touch controls and Apple Pencil, so whether you love typing or doodling out your ideas by hand, there's something here for everyone.
Developer betas are out now; public beta lands next month, with the full release expected this autumn.
