LG and Dolby drop a modular wireless sound system
LG and Dolby just launched the LG Sound Suite, a new wireless home audio setup built for flexibility.
The star is the H7 soundbar—the first ever with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect—so you get immersive surround sound without messy wires.
You can mix and match up to 27 speaker setups, from simple two-speaker combos to full-on 13.1.7 channel surround, adding M7/M5 speakers or a W7 subwoofer as you like.
H7 soundbar: What's cool?
The H7 packs 20 drivers (think woofers, radiators, up-firing units) for big audio in any room.
It automatically tunes itself based on your space—no need to fuss with speaker placement—and works with pretty much any TV via HDMI or wirelessly on future LG premium TVs.
You'll see it demoed at CES 2026 in January; pricing is still under wraps.
Why does this matter?
The Sound Suite makes high-end home audio way more accessible—no complicated installs or cable chaos.
For anyone who wants serious sound but hates hassle, this could be a game changer for movie nights and music at home.
