Spotify introduces Premium plans in India: Check features, prices

Spotify just dropped a fresh set of Premium plans for new users only in India, starting at ₹139/month.
There are now three options—Lite, Standard, and Platinum—each with its own mix of features and price points.

What are the new premium plans?

Premium Lite (₹139) gives you ad-free listening at 160kbps but no offline downloads.
Step up to Premium Standard (₹199) for higher audio quality at 320kbps plus offline streaming.
If you're after top-tier perks, Premium Platinum (₹299) brings lossless audio, AI DJ-powered playlists and song commentary, compatibility with DJ software like rekordbox and Serato, and lets you share the plan with two other household members—everyone gets their own account.
