Zoom's AI Companion 3.0 can now pull info from Teams
Zoom released AI Companion 3.0 in late 2025, making it way easier to pull info from Zoom, Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive, and even Teams and Google Meet, without juggling uploads or switching apps.
It can consolidate meeting notes and updates from supported, connected apps for eligible users.
AI companion is available on the web
AI Companion 3.0 is rolling out on the web and is accessible via desktop web browsers; Limited AI Companion features are included in eligible Basic plans; full AI Companion access is available as a standalone $10/month subscription.
It handles the boring stuff, like drafting post-meeting emails and task lists, and can even turn transcripts into docs or sheets automatically.
The update adds 'Federated AI' to the mix
This update brings "Federated AI," which picks the best model (Zoom's own, OpenAI, or Anthropic) for each task.
You can build custom agents with simple prompts (no coding needed), get quick personal summaries with My Notes, and use prompt templates to speed up repetitive work.
Basically: more flexibility and smarter help than most rivals right now.
