Career trajectory
Jaiswal scored ton in final ODI against SA
In the recent ODI series against South Africa, Jaiswal played all three matches after Shubman Gill, the regular opener and skipper, was ruled out due to a neck injury. He scored just 40 runs in the first two ODIs but showed his class in the third match with an unbeaten 116. His innings helped India chase down 271 in under 40 overs. Notably, Jaiswal became the sixth Indian to score a century in all three formats.
