Saudi-led coalition shoots down Houthi missiles aimed at Riyadh
The Saudi-led coalition shot down two ballistic missiles launched by Yemen's Houthi group on Sunday.
The missiles were aimed at Riyadh and, after loud explosions were heard, witnesses described damage to an Aramco building in the city's financial district.
Eyewitnesses described the damage, showing just how real the missile threat remains for people living there.
Houthis say Saudi airstrikes killed 33
While these attacks were happening, Houthi officials said Saudi airstrikes in Yemen killed 33 people, including women and children, and even hit rescue workers.
Since fighting picked up again in July, more than 1,600 lives have been lost and more than 300,000 people have had to leave their homes.
With both sides trading blame and threatening more strikes, including on Saudi military sites, the violence doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon.
