All-new 2027 Kia Sonet spied in India with Sorento-inspired DRLs
The all-new Kia Sonet, set for a 2027 launch, has been seen testing in India with some eye-catching updates.
The SUV now gets split LED headlamps with boomerang-style DRLs inspired by the Sorento, a sharper honeycomb grille, and a more aggressive bumper.
It rolls on 17-inch alloys and brings in details like pull-type door handles and flush roof rails for a fresh vibe.
Kia K1 platform, 5-star Bharat NCAP
Inside, there's a curved dashboard with two big 12.3-inch screens, though most of the cabin is still hidden under wraps.
Around back, you'll spot slimmer taillights that echo the front's new look.
Built on Kia's K1 platform to improve rear-seat space, the new Sonet will keep its current engines but is working on adding a strong-hybrid option later.
Kia is also aiming for a five-star Bharat NCAP safety rating this time around, a solid upgrade from before.
