Ducati launches Desmo250 MX with 249.7 cc 44.5hp engine
Ducati just dropped the Desmo250 MX, and it's seriously turning heads.
This new motocross bike packs a super-light 249.7 cc engine, pushing out 44.5hp at 12,500 rpm, plus it revs all the way up to a wild 15,000 rpm thanks to its desmodromic system and titanium intake valves and steel exhaust valves.
At just 24.7kg for the engine and a dry weight of 103kg overall, this thing is built for speed without weighing you down.
Desmo250 MX Ducati X-Link predictive maintenance
Inspired by Ducati's Panigale V4 R superbike, the Desmo250 MX comes with an aluminum frame, Showa suspension (over 300mm of travel!), Brembo brakes, and grippy Pirelli Scorpion tires for serious control on any track.
Tech-wise, you get customizable engine maps, traction control, three-stage launch control, and even a predictive maintenance system via the Ducati X-Link app that adjusts service reminders based on how hard you ride.
Look out for its European debut in July and North American launch in August!
