Hong Kong's Evoke Motorcycles launches affordable Nrgy electric motorcycle
Auto
Evoke Motorcycles, based in Hong Kong, just dropped the Nrgy, an electric motorcycle that won't break the bank.
The bike comes in two versions: the Nrgy 6 ($4,995) and the Nrgy 8 ($6,495), both powered by long-lasting lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) batteries.
City ranges 132 and 262km
The Nrgy 6 packs a 6.4-kilowatt-hour battery and goes up to 212km on a single city charge; the Nrgy 8 bumps that up to an 8.4-kilowatt-hour battery and a range of 262km.
Both hit speeds of up to 121km/h, plenty for city commutes or zipping through traffic.
With modern features like hydraulic disk brakes and a patented Twin Plate chassis, Evoke is aiming this ride at the Southeast Asian, European, and North American markets.
More details on availability are coming later this year.
