Safety is also expected to get attention with Level-2 ADAS tech, seven airbags, ESC, and an electronic parking brake.

Under the hood are two familiar choices: a punchy 2.0L turbo-petrol (200hp/380Nm) and a strong 2.2L diesel (up to 185hp/450Nm), both paired with six-speed manual or automatic gearboxes; diesel buyers are likely to get all-wheel drive.
