What's the story

Vittori, an American start-up, has unveiled its first hybrid hypercar in Miami. The company claims it to be the world's first "AI hypercar," a term that is intriguing in the automotive industry. While AI hasn't been widely adopted in car design yet, Vittori's new vehicle is said to be developed with "future-forward technology." The design was done in collaboration with Pininfarina and resembles a McLaren GT in some aspects.

Design

A look inside and out

The new hypercar from Vittori features a unique hexagonal grille with two large vents flanking ultra-slim headlights. The rear end is more complicated, featuring dramatic angular taillights around quad exhaust tips at the bumper's center. A huge diffuser with vertical detailing extends to the lights' base, while bronze accents contrast against a deep blue paint job. The interior also takes cues from McLaren, with a vertically-oriented touchscreen on the center console and digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel.

Engine specifications

It promises to deliver over 1,100hp

Vittori's hypercar is powered by a 6.8-liter V12 hybrid engine with a single electric motor on the front axle. The combined output of this proprietary powertrain, developed by Italtecnica, is an impressive 1,110hp. The car can go from 0-100km/h in an estimated 2.5 seconds, matching competitors like the Koenigsegg Jesko. The top speed remains undisclosed but Vittori promises it will be worthy of a hypercar badge.

Market launch

Production will begin next year in Italy

The first prototype of Vittori's hypercar is functional and closer to production than many other supercar start-ups. Production is slated to begin next year in Italy, with only 50 units available worldwide. Pricing details are yet to be revealed but don't expect anything below $1 million for this unique blend of AI-driven design and high-performance engineering.
