As the rains became more severe, four tree-falls were reported. "There is an upper air circulation in Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal which will bring rain to Karnataka," Srivasa Reddy, director, Natural Disaster Monitoring Center had said about the expectant rain. Apart from Bengaluru, others areas in the state like Kolar, Chikkamagaluru, Tumakuru, Haveri and Chitradurga districts also received good rain.

    March was pleasant for Bengaluru
