  • Bharti Airtel has announced a scheme wherein Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be available for a down-payment of Rs. 7,900, as part of a contract.

    After the down payment, buyers will have to pay Rs. 2,999/month for a period of 24 months which will be utilized for a top-end postpaid plan.

  • For 24 months, you pay a total amount of Rs. 79,876 (Rs. 71,976 for the monthly plans and Rs. 7,900 as down-payment).

    Comparing this to the price of Note 9 (128GB variant) which comes at Rs. 67,900, you end up paying approximately Rs. 12,000 more.

    This means, the Airtel Rs. 2,999 postpaid plan will effectively cost you just Rs. 500 per month.

  • Note 9 is available starting today exclusively via the Airtel Online Store and deliveries are slated to begin from August 22.

    To avail the offer, you will have to register for the device and check eligibility on the Airtel e-store.

    Upon getting the loan approval, you will have to pay the down-payment.

    Notably, your postpaid plan will be activated once the device is delivered.

  • The Note 9 retains the design language of its predecessor. However, Samsung has shaved off some millimeters to offer slimmer top and bottom bezels.

    Further, the fingerprint sensor has now been repositioned and sits below the camera module.

    The Galaxy Note 9 offers a 6.4-inch QHD+ (1440x2960 pixels) Super AMOLED display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 516ppi.
