It's not just fast shipping: Indian innovations like cash-on-delivery and Amazon Hub Points (where local stores help deliver packages) are now being used worldwide—from rural Spain to downtown Manhattan.
Madan also points out that automation is helping Amazon work smarter without cutting jobs—in fact, they're aiming to boost employment in India from 2.8 million to 3.8 million as tech creates more skilled roles globally.
