Bengaluru just grabbed the top spot in India for supporting women-led startups, according to the latest Bengaluru Innovation Report.
Since 2010, around 668 startups led by women have raised nearly $13.4 billion here—showing how much the city backs female founders and fresh ideas.

Compared to Delhi-NCR and Mumbai, Bengaluru stands out: Delhi-NCR saw $10 billion for 712 startups, while Mumbai had $3.6 billion across 465 ventures.
With $79 billion total startup funding since 2010 and a massive tech workforce, the city has become a global unicorn hub—proof that its support for innovation goes way beyond just numbers.
