Emami to acquire Axiom Ayurveda for up to ₹200cr
Emami is making a big move into the health and wellness scene by acquiring Axiom Ayurveda for up to ₹200 crore.
With this deal, Emami will fully own Axiom, best known for its AloFrut aloe vera drinks, by July 2026.
The acquisition is set to wrap up in about three months, pending regulatory approval.

Plus, Axiom brings along ayurvedic juices and personal care products, which fit right in with Emami's existing lineup.
As Emami's Vice Chairman Harsha Vardhan Agarwal put it, this is all about diversifying into high-opportunity segments and tapping into evolving consumer preferences in the health and wellness space.
