This move signals preparation for a potential public listing in the future, and they'll be dropping "Private" from their name to make it official.
New faces on board and big growth plans
Along with the move to become a public company, Garuda has brought in new independent directors and expanded its leadership team.
Backed by investors like MS Dhoni, they're ramping up production—aiming for up to 15,000 drones a year—and want to export to 50 countries by year-end.
In the fiscal year ended March 2025, they pulled in ₹118 crore revenue with ₹17.5 crore profit, showing some serious momentum.
