India's 1st cybersecurity hub for connected devices launched in Bengaluru
Deloitte just launched ConnectSafe, a new 4,500-square-foot cybersecurity hub in Bengaluru, the first of its kind in India.
The center is designed to simulate real cyberattacks on cars, medical tech, and everyday devices, aiming to keep critical systems safe from hackers.
The hub also has special centers to test defenses
ConnectSafe packs advanced features like end-to-end security for connected systems and even quantum-safe protection.
It also has special centers (OT-SOC and V-SOC) where companies can safely test their defenses without risking real-world disruptions.
Deloitte's top executives explain the importance of the new hub
Cyber threats aren't just an IT problem; they hit everything from smart factories to power grids and even your car or health devices.
As Deloitte's Romal Shetty puts it, these attacks directly impact economic operations, and he said the facility will help enterprises build trust.
Cyber leader Gaurav Shukla adds that ConnectSafe protects everything from tiny parts to massive infrastructure.
