Mother Dairy MD Manish Bandlish is stepping down
Manish Bandlish, who's been leading Mother Dairy since 2021, will leave his role as managing director on November 30, 2025.
He's moving on to new opportunities, and the company has thanked him for his valuable contributions to the overall growth of the company.
What's next for Mother Dairy?
Mother Dairy is a huge name in India—think ₹17,500 crore in turnover last fiscal and over 50 lakh liters of milk sold every day.
Besides milk, they're behind brands like Dhara (edible oils) and Safal (fruits and veggies).
After Bandlish leaves, the deputy MD will step in while the board oversees things.
Why does this matter?
During Bandlish's tenure since March 2021, Mother Dairy's revenue reached ₹17,500 crore last fiscal—a pretty impressive leap.
The company itself has deep roots: it started back in 1974 under Operation Flood and now runs plants all over India.
If you've ever grabbed a pack of milk or oil at your local store, chances are you've seen their work.
