Over 20 Indian firms filed IPOs with SEBI, seeking funds
As fiscal 2026 ended, more than 20 companies, like Sadbhav Futuretech, TC Terrytex, Monomark Engineering, and Adroit Industries, filed for IPOs with SEBI.
Even Rediff.com and SNVA Traveltech took the confidential route to go public.
Most are looking to raise money for growth plans, working capital needs, or paying off debt.

TC Terrytex is eyeing ₹170 crore plus an extra chunk from share sales to cut down debt.
Monomark Engineering is offering 2.7 crore shares and setting aside ₹111 crore for its own business needs.
Punjab Carbonic plans to build new CO2 recovery units with its IPO money, while Expression 360 Services is going smaller with a modest fundraise, all part of a larger wave of Indian firms heading to the stock market this year.
