Sanlayan Technologies posts ₹24.97 cr profit in 1st full year
Sanlayan Technologies, a Bengaluru startup focused on defense tech, has made its mark by turning a profit of ₹24.97 crore in just its first full year.
The company's revenue shot up six times to ₹139.61 crore as it moved from developing new systems to actually producing them: think radar, electronic warfare gear, avionics, and power electronics for big names like HAL, BEL, DRDO, and the Armed Forces.
Sanlayan Technologies has ₹286 cr orders
Sanlayan isn't slowing down: it's got ₹286 crore worth of orders lined up and sees over ₹2,000 crore in new opportunities ahead.
Recent highlights include securing a production order worth more than ₹70 crore for the Uttam AESA Radar program and contracts for next-generation defense tech.
They also created an anti-submarine warfare transmitter that could bring in another ₹1,500 crore after trials.
To keep pace with demand, Sanlayan opened a massive facility in Bengaluru and hired over 100 engineers (pretty impressive growth for a young company!).
