Shanti Inorganics, known for making sulfur-based chemicals, is opening its IPO on the NSE SME platform from August 31 to September 2, 2026.
They're offering 5,691,200 equity shares in the ₹79-₹83 price range (face value ₹10), aiming to raise up to ₹47.23 crore if all shares sell at the highest price.
Proceeds fund Bavla sodium metabisulphite plant
Funds from this IPO will help build a new manufacturing facility in Bavla, Ahmedabad, where they'll produce sodium metabisulphite and other chemicals.
The company already operates plants with a capacity of 36,800 MTPA and plans to add another 78,544 MTPA at Bavla.
Shanti Inorganics exports to 15 countries and serves industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment, so they're definitely looking to grow big!
