Spinny, known for selling used cars, is about to acquire car servicing platform GoMechanic in a deal expected to close by the end of this month.
This move means Spinny won't just help you buy a car—they'll help keep it running too.
Talks started two months ago, and while the price isn't public yet, the deal is mostly cash-based.

Deal will help Spinny expand its services

GoMechanic runs workshops in 150 cities and recently bounced back from some tough times with new management.
Now making around ₹350 crore a year and almost breaking even, GoMechanic will let Spinny offer everything from buying to maintaining your ride—making life easier for car owners and giving Spinny an even stronger spot in the auto world.
