Swara Baby Products commits ₹558.47cr to Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh factory
Swara Baby Products is making a big move with a ₹558.47 crore investment for a new factory in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.
The company plans to use funds from its upcoming IPO to help pay for the project.
Once up and running, the plant will ramp up production, adding 1,464 million baby diapers, 252 million adult diapers, and 192 million sanitary napkins every year.
Swara's capacity will reach 5,577m units
By May 2026, Swara had already put in ₹159.65 crore as of May 31, 2026, and secured another ₹160.55 crore for the facility, covering most of its non-IPO funding needs.
When the plant opens, Swara's total installed capacity will rise to 5,577 million units per year.
The company held a 37% share of India's baby diaper contract manufacturing market in fiscal 2025 and is growing fast, aiming to expand further at home and into export markets like West Asia and Asia-Pacific.
