Swiggy and HDFC Bank launch co-branded credit cards: Check features
Swiggy and HDFC Bank have teamed up to launch two credit cards made for regular Swiggy users: the premium BLCK card and the everyday Ornge card.
Both carry a ₹500 joining/renewal fee (spending ₹2,00,000 in a year before renewal can get the renewal fee waived) and are packed with cashback perks: think 10% back on Swiggy orders with BLCK or 5% back on food and daily spends with Ornge.
You also get free Swiggy memberships bundled in.
Cashback limits and exclusions
Cashback is capped at ₹1,500 a month for Swiggy spends, another ₹1,500 for online shopping, and ₹500 for other categories, so keep an eye on those limits.
Usual exclusions apply (no cashback on rent, fuel, insurance, etc).
If you grab the Mastercard World version, there's extra stuff like discounts on Agoda hotels and even golf club access.
Which card is better?
If you're always ordering in or using Instamart, BLCK gives higher rewards plus a three-month premium membership.
Ornge is better if you want steady savings across more categories, and it comes with a full year of Swiggy One.
