Urban Company takes Kent RO to Delhi court over ads

Urban Company has taken Kent RO Systems to Delhi High Court, claiming Kent's ads called the two-year service and filter life offered on its Native water purifiers a "marketing gimmick" and said using the product was "unsafe" and "risky."
Urban Company says these statements, also posted on social media, hurt its reputation just as it's trying to grow its Native purifier business.
Kent RO agrees to withdraw ads
After the lawsuit, Kent agreed to pull down the ads and delete related social posts.
Kent agreed to withdraw the ads and remove similar content.
Urban Company filed a defamation and disparagement suit.
