US green card via investment: New rules on visa fees

EB-5 program and regional centers
The EB-5 program has been around since 1990 and lets foreign investors get a green card if they invest at least $800,000 in high-unemployment areas (or $1,050,000 elsewhere) and help create 10 American jobs.

The Regional Center Program itself is extended through September 2027 and has already brought in over $4 billion since 2022.
